around Serena's night life has gotten out, to Rini. We were starting
to explain things to her when the enemy attacked.

Part 10

                             *It Has Begun*
                             The New Enemy

  We starred at the screen for several seconds, watching as hoards of
monsters were coming into the world we live in, and us the only hope.
The Inner Guardians did not even know of our existence yet, only Rini.
We could not call on them, the only people to fight were the about 17
warriors and six advisers in this room. Not good. Rini fired question
after question at us. "What are they?...Who are they?...Should we call
the others?" She was near tears as no one answered her questions.

  The largest of the hoard continued to speak in a language I never wanted
the hear on this Earth. The language of a race of,,,things that were an
Allie to the dark forces, any evil that had the price of their services.
Be it money or resources. This is also where all the Raths have been
coming from. But I had never though of them lunching an attacks that
was organized, as this one seemed to be.

  Suddenly my body seemed to give my mind a swift kick. My hole system
punched into warrior mode. My eyes narrowed and I started to speak in
Lunarcanion, the ancient language of the Moon. I turned to the others.
"Tout le monde/Listen up everyone. Jor hors/ Call out." I command.
(note: I do not really say the stuff behind the "/" It is telling you
what I said) Rini's eyes squinted like she knows the language but was just
learning it and did not understand me much.


 All of the people turn to me. "Earth Guard" I say. Four echos of "Here"
are heard. "Saturn" me again. Both Christen and Drake call out for that.
It continues like that. I call out one planets name and both Female and
the Male answer. Its is finished quickly and everyone is there.
"Noren le hou der cge onue tor vnari sor le bkalr akgh/ There is no
way to prepare for the battle ahead. Gar cge avj fiaeu/ But we will fight."
Nods come from all. The next call I made was in Japanese.
"Minnana Hiehin yo/ Everyone transform now!" Phrases for the transforming
rung in the air as all of the Guardians transformed into the Sailors.
Serena transformed into Sailor Moon and looked as she always did.
Red boots, Blue skirt....But than she did something Rini has never
seen Sailor Moon do before, Sailor Moon reached up into the air and
a long shaft of light appeared before her hand. It become soiled as she
raped her hand around it. The Moon Staff was in Sailor Moon's hands.
It looked much like the one I hold. The shaft was white and on the
top was their Guard. Your Guard is the Sailor form you take, the one
you protect or represent. Mine was a Silver Star but Sailor Moon's is a
gold Crescent Moon.

  We stood in the Computer Room all transformed. Heads turn to the
screen for one last look at what we were about to face. Rini's voice
finally filtered through into my ears. She was about to go crazy that
no one was answering her questions. I turned to her.
"Smal..Rini, its ok. We have to go fight." She stopped her raving now
that someone was talking to her. "There is no way all of you can
battle all of them. Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts wouldn't have a
chance!" I sighed* at her. "Eclipse, stay with Rini here and explain
all you can to her." I commanded. "Everyone else lets go!"
"What!!!???" yelled Rini. Sailor Moon whirled around to her. "Stay! That
is an order Small Lady!" Sailor Moon said to her. Rini sat in the chair
with a plop sound, Serena had never called her Small Lady or ordered
her. But this wasn't Serena this was Sailor Moon and she would do anything
to keep her Daughter safe.

 We marched out of the room through the same panel wall I had taken
Serena in the first night she was here. Eclipse is Sailor Light's
adviser. Sailor Light is still dormit. Eclipse is a very rare breed of
cat from the Light Kingdom. She is as large as Onyx but Eclipse is a
gray color, almost the color of twilight. Her love is Uranus's adviser,
his name is Corren and he is the same rare breed as she. Eclipse gentle
puts her paws on the edge of the sit to look at Rini. "Daijoubu Rini?"
she asked Rini. Rini turned to the cat but said nothing.
"Do you know who I am Rini?" Eclipse asked. Rini slowly nodded her head.
"Yes I do" she said "You are Sailor Light's adviser Eclipse. I know you."
Rini turn her head back to the closed panel we had gone through.
"Will they be ok?" she asked in a small voice. Eclipse nodded.
"I am sure they will win the battle ahead. Do you wish to watch?" said
Eclipse. Rini turned back to her. "Can I?" Eclipse pushed off of the
chair and went to the computer screen. "I don't see why not. Bit, will
you please show us the battle." she said. "Certainly Eclipse"
answered the computer. The screen lit up to show a field full of
Raths and Yomas but no Guardians.

  The place where the portal is was not far from the manor so we were
able to run to the field. We came to the field and went to the thick
cover of the bush. There was ablest two dozen monsters on the field
not including the large one that was still talking. The language hurt
our ears. "What is he saying?" whispered Neptune from her position next
to Wolf/Ash. I shook my head as I did not learn this language nor did
I want to. Some turned to Pluto but she gave the same answer as I.
Xzafer Knight/Eric took his protective place next to me with Star Knight/
Jonathan my brother. I smothered a sigh. Without Sailor Light,
Jonathan's love, he had put himself on the duty to protect me. Something
that he would usually do to Sailor Light, if she was here.

 "So what's the plan of action?" asked Uranus. Sailor Moon rolled her
eyes at the enthusiasm of Sailor Uranus. "What plan?" I said.
"I can't plan for this. All I know is we take them from the behind since
they are facing the cliff. If we take them head on we may get stuck
by that." Nods from everyone. "Stay in twos and slit up." said Sailor Moon.
I nodded that I agreed. With that we headed out.

 The Outer Guardians stay with their loves, the Shrio Kage. The Earth
Guard stayed in teams of two. Both Xzafer Knight and Star Knight follow
me. Sun Knight went with his sister, Sailor Moon. All advisers go with
their charges. Onyx and Obsidian came with us and Apollo followed
Sun Knight in the air. We scattered in all directions so there was less
chance of being found. Although with the yelling done by the Rath I
was surprised we could hear ourselves.

 Both Star and Xzafer Knight followed me in the bush. Still several
yard from the pack we stop. As I kneel on the ground a movement to my
left catches my eye. I turn with my hand posed at the line of my skirt
in case it is the enemy. Sailor Moon and her brother hide in a thick
patch with Apollo sitting on a branch above them. I relax and drop my
hand from its position. Looking across the field I see the others slowly
picking their way through the trees. Every few feet I see Jade, Darien's
wolf adviser, stop, sniff the air and continue on with Saturn and
Lynx/Drake. Since Darien still doesn't know of Jade or us he just
follows who ever asks.

 I turn back to Sailor Moon and whistle softly, no more than the sound
of the wind. But she hears it and turns toward us. I jerk my head to
tell her to come over here. She pokes Sun Knight and both step over
a fallen log to get to us. "We're ready to go." I tell her. She nods
and I tap my right earring. A hearing piece comes into my ear and a
microphone curves around my cheek to my mouth. "Everyone ready?" I say
into it. A course of "Hai" and a "Whatever" from a impatient
Sailor Uranus came back. Onyx's and Obsidian's ears peck up and Apollo
spreads his wings at the coming call. I breath in and give the command.
"GO"

  Surprise, that's what we wanted. We did not jump from the cover of the
woods but fired our powers from it. "Moon Power Lights" and
"Star Power Lights" echoed in the air as gold and silver power rushed
side by side to the pack of monsters. The group scattered as fast as
they could but six were blown into dust by the two attacks. The
Earth Guards rush out of the trees with their sword drawn and began to
fight the Raths and Yomas in teams. "Deep Submerge!" yelled Neptune.
A wall of water rushed at one of the Yomas and crashed into it throwing
it a few feet into the air before it landed with a sickening thud on
the wet ground. "World Shacking!!" screamed Uranus. Yellowish light
raced upon the ground, seemingly ripping it apart and then closing it
as it pasted. The attack came at the Yoma who was starting to recover
from Neptune's water. The Yoma saw the power coming at him to late to
do anything. A scream echoed from the weakened Yoma as the ground
closed above it.

 "This is way to easy." I said to Sailor Moon beside me. She nodded her
head. "Hai I know what you mean. Its like they're all just Yomas."
she said back. The two monsters that the Earth Guard were fighting
went down with a final blast of their power. Than it came to me.
These are just Yomas. I jabbed my staff into the ground with anger.
"Matte!!!/Stop" I yell at the top of my lungs. The other Sailors get
back from the Yoma by a few yards. I pick up my staff and walk to the
front of the group with Sailor Moon, Star Knight, and Xzafer Knight
behind me not knowing what I am going to do.

  I stand yards from the pack of now few mor than a dozen. The others
stand behind me in a formation like a backward V. I am the point of
the formation. The Outers side to my right at a diagonal and the Earth
Guard to my left. Sailor Moon stands to my side but back a few inches.
"Sailor Star what are you doing?" asks Xzafer Knight. I shake my head.
"Why do you play this game?" I yell at the hoard now up against the
edge of the cliff. "I know that most of you are just Yomas and only
one is the Rath. Why play?" The biggest one laughs and suddenly the
other Yomas disappear in sick green light. "I am Commander Toris. We
have allied ourselves with the Black Moon Family and Phantom 90. We
are ordered to kill the Guardians, starting with the Guardian Lights.
Which are you." I squeeze my hand into a fist. <Phantom 90 has reveled
himself early in the battle this time> I think.

 Sailor Moon can not pass this up, not an invitation to do her speech.
"I am Sailor Moon! Champion of Love and Justice! I will right wrongs and
triumph over evil and that means you creep!!" I can almost feel how
good that was for her to do that, keeping her mouth shut must be hard.
I smile at my though and shrug my shoulders. Putting my staff behind
me at an angle so the shaft is in the ground and the top is across my
other shoulders I bow my head and close my eyes. Lightly the wind move
my hair around, adding to the effect. "Herald by a new age and need I am
the defender of the universe and galaxy. Also a Champion of Love and
Justice," I bring my head up and stare hard at the Rath.
"I am Sailor Star and you will not win!" I finish. Sailor Moon comes
up by my ear. "Nice, we'll talk later." she whispers.

 Toris turns his head, as if confused. "Only two of you? Where is the
third....Sailor Light. Hmm..No matter, I will be back." He disappears.
We wait a few second before we move, incase he comes back right away.
When we relax I tap my right earring for Bit. "Bit scan the area and
store all information at home." "Will do, Sailor Star" answered Bit.
I turn to leave. "Wait! why such the hurry?" asked Saturn as she raised
her hand and her Silence Grave disappears in purple light.
"We have a kid to calm." I say. Sailor Moon remembers her than.
"Oh my God Rini!" We start to rush down the path. "I also have a search
to begin." I mutter. "Nani? find who?" said Xzafer Knight.
"Its time we get this fight moving." I stare hard at the path.
                   "Its time to find Sailor Light."

Neat! I am glad I am done with this part, early too. Don't worry people,
we are going places. In the coming chapters we will go after Sailor Light,
Serena will take her Guardian test, and we will reveal ourselves to
the Inner Guard. But as for next chapter...
Next:  *Search for the Light* We pull our power together and find the
third Guardian Light.  Sailor Light!!!!!!
